In the beginning…
OK. So here it is. I have been saying for months that I want a blog. So today, I finally did it. Here begins the musings of a middle-aged guy. I plan to just put it out there and hopefully, get somebody who agrees with what I say. So, on to the first post.
So I am on the way into work this morning along a two-lane winding road. I am behind some old cow in a BMW SUV (oxymoron). We come up on a school bus with a turn signal on going the other directions waiting to turn left. Without any warning, Cow Woman decides to stop. I mean literally stop as if the school bus’s STOP lights were on. I am thankful I have ABS – let’s just put it that way. After a lengthy horn, she finally decided to move again.
Wish for Today (x2): 1. Old people (70+) need to take a bus or call a cab. 2. I want to find the mythological road that only I can use that is shown in the car commericials.

Well, Mr. Middle-Aged you too one day will become an OLD COW! Remember that when you have to go to a doctor’s appointment or wherever you will be going in the morning and you can’t get your son or any of your grandchildren to drive you. Take a bus?! What are you thinking? The way people think in this metro area public transit is a no go. Everyone wants to drive their Benz, Hummer, etc (status symbols of wealth in the ATL). I guess you need to save your retirement funds and build you a road – cause GA ain’t got none to do that for you. As always we wish love, peace, and TRANSIT!!!
